What data needs destruction?
We have specialised in document destruction for 15 years and as a helpful guide, we have noted the most important types of documents that need to be destroyed...
- Bank statements
- Printed emails
- Customer information
- Supplier information
- Employee information
- All contracts (customer, supplier and employee)
- Order forms
- Client presentations
- Internal publications
...there are more, but look out for these especially.
Our approach to document destruction
We work with customers to fit their needs. Most often we supply security cabinets or confidential bins which lock the documents securely until our customers are ready for collections. We also work on big office and domestic clear outs.
The data filled documents are brought back to our industrial shredder for the document destruction process, where every page is shredded beyond reformation and then sent for pulping and recycling at mills across the world.
Once the document has been destroyed we send the invoice and FREE Certificate of Destruction to our commercial and domestic customers.
